Green Endeavors’ salons operate under the name Landis Salons, Inc.; currently holding two salons in northern Utah. Green Endeavors’ parent company is Nexia Holdings, Inc. (www.nexiaholdings.com); also a holding company on Pinksheets with a trading symbol of NXHD. Green Endeavors’ parent company, Nexia Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets: NXHD), is a very diverse holding company; which has added to its continual success, especially during the economies recent downturn. Nexia began in 1987 and has continually put great focus in its real estate holdings. Since 2005, Nexia has expanded to other diverse holdings in the health and beauty, retail fashion, and the entertainment industries.
Nexia Holdings, Inc. seeks to acquire undervalued or underperforming properties with little or no cash down. Through the repair and upgrading of these properties, Nexia intends to generate and maximize its rental income/value. Nexia continues to work closely with its new officers of Wasatch Capital Corp. (one of Nexia’s subsidiaries) to bring in additional real estate into the Nexia group of assets, through our Real Estate Acquisition Strategy.
